Retail Is A Jobs Favorite For Young Workers
Young adults that are out of high school often take jobs in the retail industry. These jobs require some experience working with the public but not much more than that. Girls especially like retail jobs because they can be in an environment where they feel comfortable and they have more motivation to learn. Jobs for 18 year olds are difficult to find now because more and more companies are either going out of business or laying off workers. It is a difficult time for all young workers as their lack of experience makes it hard for them to compete with workers who have a proven track record.
